We offer two FREE classes for anyone to come and try out any of our classes (excluding barbell class).  They are for all ages and fitness levels.  Our trainers focus on proper technique and scaling workouts as needed for each individual.  Come join us for a great workout you won't forget!!!

 
 

Functional Fitness Class

Our Functional Fitness Class is focus on getting a well rounded workout geared towards the athlete and/or average person just trying to live a healthy life style.  We work on almost every aspect that will help you better your fitness and help you reach your personal goals.  Barbell/Gymnastics/Aerobic Training/Strength/Agility/Flexibility/Conditioning.

 

Aerobic Conditioning Class (Coming Oct. 2018)

Our Aerobic Conditioning Class is focused on building your aerobic and anaerobic conditioning while helping you burn calories and build your endurance.  This class will be mainly working with Running/Rowing/Stationary Bikes/Body weight movements. 

Bootcamp Class

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
7:30pm - 8:30pm

Our Bootcamp class is for all levels and ages, focusing on body weight movements and very light dumbbells and weights.  There will be a lot of aerobic and interval workouts with cardio machines involved.

 

 

ROMWOD Thursdays

Thursday
6:30pm - 7:30pm

We offer ROMWOD sessions every Thursday at 6:30pm FREE to anyone.  ROMWOD is yoga focus on getting you stretched out and more flexible especially after a long work week or feeling tight after your workouts.  Sessions are normally 40-50mins long.  Please provide your own yoga mat.
